Manasamitra was proud to present Jesse Bannister in his first full solo recital in Yorkshire. He was accompanied by Bhupinder Singh Chaggar on the Tabla. Jesse is a uniquely talented musician that plays Indian classical music with true feeling and technique on the Saxophone. Bhupinder provided brilliant accompaniment and the interaction between the two musicians was a delight to watch.
The classical nature of the first half was complemented with a lighter second half and the invitation was extended to the talented Giuliano Modrelli on Guitar and Supriya Nagarajan on Carnatic vocals.
