Analysis - what is the problem? Performance - how are we going to know we have we done it well? Planning - what are we going to do about it? Delivery - how are we going to do it?

The Places Handbook helps staff in public sector and partner organisations to find and use different tools and techniques to deliver change.

It is organised in four sections, reflecting the key elements of the delivery cycle: analysis, planning, delivery and performance.

Click on the sections in the cycle to the right or click on ‘About’ to find out more about the Handbook and the delivery cycle.

The Places Handbook is a starter guide. It is not definitive. It won't hold everything you need to know about the subject areas, but it should give you enough information to help you find what you want yourself.
